OVIA Marketplace provides the public marketplace interface through which customers can discover products, approved sellers and marketplace services. Product and seller information must be accurate and lawful.

Orders and availability
Submitting an order does not override stock, pricing, fraud, account or fulfilment checks. An order may be rejected or corrected where there is a material error, illegality, suspected fraud or genuine inability to fulfil.
Prices and PV
Marketplace prices are displayed in the stated currency. PV is a separate OVIA progression value and is not cash, legal tender or a substitute for the product price.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, use lawful payment methods and avoid abusive, fraudulent or unauthorised use of the marketplace.
Returns and disputes
Returns, refunds, cancellations and delivery issues are handled under the applicable marketplace policies and consumer-protection obligations.
